Workshop: BJC Posture and Injury Prevention
A little late but I felt it worthwhile to write a little about the workshop I taught at the BJC in Doncaster last month.
The topics covered were pretty basic and covered neck, back and shoulders.
Some of the participants were high level and I expected one or two to be able to manage all aspects of the basic points covered. In fact I think only one managed everything with no problems.
The feedback so far has been good and was on the day. If you were there and have any feedback then please do get in touch either via email or via the comments here.
